Steve Pearson is the founder of Pearson Strategy Group, LLC, which specializes in intellectual property management, technology identification and market assessment. Steve and his team help companies accelerate innovation and product development, often providing on-call R&D for companies too small to hire fulltime researchers. Steve’s broad background and diverse technical expertise provides valuable insight to those in the electrical, mechanical, energy, construction and transportation industries. Before starting The Pearson Strategy Group, LLC, Steve was an Analyst at Nerac and a process control engineer covering the machining and electropolishing of stainless steel fittings and tubing at Advanced Stainless Technologies in Austin. He has also worked at Motorola’s semiconductor manufacturing group in Austin as an equipment and process control engineer. Earlier, Steve served aboard a U.S. Navy submarine as both an electronics technician and a nuclear reactor operator, and was a trainer at the Naval Reactors Facility at the Idaho National Laboratory.
