Prof. (Dr) Harry Nimon, a career STRATINT officer and has years of experience in Intelligence Operations and is a Principle consultant in warfare operations, counter-terrorism, and human-machine interaction for DoD, DIA, IOC, and various other organizations. He has over 30 published reports and textbooks. He received his doctorate in 2008, he wrote his dissertation on the Expectation Violation Theory for Virtual Teams and Its Effect on Decision-Making in a Combat Environment. He is currently working as a Professor for Henley-Putnam University and as an independent consultant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in special interest domains of telecommunications/cyber and counter-terrorism. He is the author of a major international intelligence and security text entitled Offensive and Defensive Security: Concepts, Planning, Operations, and Management used by several universities and the United Nations Security Division. He has been an independent consultant involved in DoD projects as a Project Manager for Bio/Chemical Defense and Detection Systems. Most recently, Dr. Nimon has provided expert consultancy to various elements of the United States Army Missile and Space Command located at Redstone Arsenal. This work included a keynote address for their major 2015 International Conference. Dr. Nimon is writing three additional books at this time. One is a fictional work based on OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) on a potential war in the South China Sea. The second is a co-authorship with a former deep-cover Intelligence Agent present in Iran during the period 1968 to 1989. This text is a compendium of British-American-Tribal activities during this period leading to the fall of the Shah of Iran and rise of the Ayatollah Khomeini. The third book is a compendium of the weaponization of culture using works of various Henley-Putnam Masters Students who have agreed to contribute appropriate works in return for recognition within the text.
