Natasha Gooden is a PhD student at the University of Leeds. Her primary research interests are in areas of public international law which include; the use of force regime, International Humanitarian Law and also International Human Rights Law.
Her PhD specifically focuses on the current framework surrounding cyber-attacks and cyber conflicts and the impact of human rights upon the regimes.
